Had en suite bathroom with all essentials.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable and pleasant, in the pub in the evening. And we were really close to the Cotswolds, and bar/restaurant. The food was delightful, with plenty of options.

Sumptuous rooms with tea and coffee, food reasonably priced! Charming and brilliant location for Cheltenham, near restaurant and pub, an open garden in the Cotswolds and Cirencester.

I enjoyed the warm ambiance, especially the lovely garden that provided a peaceful retreat after exploring the nearby Cotswolds. The staff were friendly and offered great service, ensuring that our needs were attended to. The bathroom could use some updates for a more comfortable experience.

Had a blast with friends ! The beer garden was perfect. The staff were super friendly. Would definitely recommend trying the breakfast. It was delicious!

The cozy rooms were perfect. We enjoyed the beer garden for drinks and had fantastic meals, especially the Sunday roast. The staff were super friendly.

One downside was that the breakfast timing was a bit off for our early plans. We felt a bit rushed, as it started later than we would have preferred.

Comfortable stay with great food, but Wi-Fi was inconsistent .

The double room was decent enough, and the beer garden was a nice spot for an evening drink after a long day. The staff at the bar were friendly, and the meals we had were actually prepared.

In my wife's opinion, the lack of accessible facilities was a major issue for us. The stairs made it tough with the wheelchair, and we would have liked more support for families with special needs.

Access to the rooms is a bit tricky. The old building means noise from doors and stairs can intrude on your peace. Bathroom facilities are rather cramped and could definitely use a bit of upkeep. The rooms facing the road experience significant traffic noise, particularly at night, which might affect your sleep. For those expecting a bathtub experience, note that the clawfoot baths can be challenging to manage, especially for older guests.
